Creating a survey is a great way to collect data from your clients and get feedback that can help your business. Vergify makes creating and distributing surveys very simple. Follow these simple steps below to create your first online survey.
Making A Survey
Add a title to your survey
This is a great way to organize your survey’s and inform potential survey recipients about the topic.
“Enable paper format” This will make all survey questions show on a single page. Otherwise your survey is shown in a quiz format.
“Show title while taking survey” This gives you the option to show or hide the title of the survey when the viewed.
Choose between the following 5 question types – “Select only one answer”, “Select all answers that apply”, “Written Response”, “Likely, Not Likely” & “Score”. These question types will help you make a survey that asks all the write questions.
Select only one answer
Select only one answer is the most basic question type. This question type allows the user to select 1 answer of the 2 or more answers that you specify when making the survey. Simply click on the “Add Answer” link to add more answers to the question. You can specify an answer to be freeform (fill in the blank) by clicking on this icon for the desired answer.
Select all answers that apply
Select all answers that apply is used to select 1 or more answers that you specify when making the survey. Similar to the question type “Select only one answer” you can click on the “Add Answer” link to add more answers to the question. You can specify an answer to be freeform (fill in the blank) by clicking on this icon for the desired answer.
Written Response is a great question type to get answers to your question from the viewpoint of your users. Responses can be submitted as a summary or detailed.
Likely, Not Likely
Likely, Not Likely is a popular question type that is often used to rate an event or topic. These answers cannot be edited. This question type is single selection only.
